Why do it?
Fruit and vegetables are a vital part of a healthy balanced diet. Unfortunately all too many of us don't eat the 5 portions of fruit and vegetables we should each day to stay healthy. However getting your 5 a day need not be a chore, follow our helpful tips below:

5 a day tips
At Breakfast
Add dried fruit such as raisins or sultanas over your cereal in the morning
Elevenses
Swap your usual snack for an apple or banana
Drink
Have a glass of juice, it counts as one of your five a day.
For lunch
How about carrot or pepper crudities with humous for lunch, or a handful of salad in your sandwich?
