Torba
Backed by pine forests, this peaceful resort enjoys a scenic
position on the north of the Bodrum peninsula. Tucked into a beautiful bay, the heart of the town is on the waterfront filled with
restaurants, shops and cafés, and boasting wonderful views. With its own narrow main strip of beach, you can simply chill out and sunbathe your holiday away. Bodrum itself is only six kilometres or so by cab, or you can hop on one of the many dolmus buses,
ideal if you want some serious shopping - bring an extra suitcase, you’ll need it for all the things you buy.

Turgutreis
Escapists and purists will be delighted to know there is still an unspoilt Turkish side to the Bodrum peninsula, which is elsewhere becoming thoroughly cosmopolitan. Turgutreis spreads through a valley of olive groves, orchards and fig and almond trees. The waterfront faces west and sunsets over the offshore islands are mesmerising. The village is friendly, with just enough lokantas, café bars and shops to keep you busy.
